Due to the continued aftermath of this past weekend’s severe storm, the cleanup process across district properties is taking longer than anticipated. At this time, snow and debris conditions on school grounds are preventing our buses from safely maneuvering on school property.
Because the safety of our students and staff remains our top priority, all Menominee Indian School District schools will be closed on Wednesday, March 18, 2026.
District maintenance crews will continue working to clear and restore safe access to school grounds. We appreciate the patience and understanding of our students, families, and staff as we work through these conditions.
